Gerina-Piller

Her birthplace was Roswell on the 29th of March 1985. Gerina Michelle Mendoza is her birth name. Gerina Stevenson is a native of Mexico in the family of Mexican parents Alan Stevenson and Rita Stevenson. Her heritage is Mexican-American as well as an American in the nationality. The desire to be a sportsperson started as a young kid. Gerina took up golf for the first time at age 15. Gerina went to Goddard High School for her secondary education. In high school, she won her first prize at the New Mexico golf state tournament. She also had her volleyball skills recognised at a national stage. She attended the University of Texas, Texas during the 2003 academic year. She was the only winner of all tournaments she played in during her senior year. Through her college years she was awarded an award called the Conference USA Player of The Award and the UTEP Female Sports Athelete Award.
